What this website collects
Almost nothing. This site sets no cookies, embeds no fonts, maps or videos from third-party servers and measures no traffic. It has exactly one form: the interest list. Anyone who does not fill it in leaves no data here. One single exception: the talk slides at /superevent26/folien/ embed the live poll of the event app from aisuperevent.com during an event. Opening that page establishes a connection to their servers, which transmits the usual connection data such as IP address and browser identification. That page is not part of the website proper and is excluded from search engines.
Interest list
Anyone registering their interest provides a first name, last name, company and email address. We then send an email with a confirmation link; only clicking it makes the entry valid (double opt-in, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). For this we store the time of the entry and the time of the confirmation — this is the proof required by Art. 7(1) GDPR. We do not store IP address or browser identification. The details serve solely to contact you about the onboarding; they do not feed a newsletter and are not passed on. The data sits in our database on the same server in Nuremberg. You can withdraw the entry informally at any time — an email to hello@degeler.consulting is enough and we will delete it. Unconfirmed entries are deleted after 30 days. We use Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Cologne) to send the confirmation email; the email address and first name go there.
Server logs
Retrieving the page creates technical logs at the host: IP address, time, address requested, volume transferred, browser identification. They serve operation and defence against attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and are deleted after a short period. The server is operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Nuremberg, Germany.
The customer area is separate
The application at grauezellen.app processes data of the companies signed in there. It has its own statement and a data processing agreement; customers receive both before setup.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. The competent supervisory authority in Austria is the Datenschutzbehörde, dsb.gv.at.
